Kaimuri Karauki
CEO and CO - FOUNDER
Kaimuri, Co-founder and CEO of Learning Differently Limited, leads with a passion for accessible interventions in learning disabilities. Her journey with dyslexia and professional background in counseling psychology and journalism drive her mission to transform education for learners with Specific Learning Disabilities (SLDs) and AD/HD across Africa.

Mutugi M’narobi
CTO
Mutugi is an experienced serial entrepreneur specializing in impactful innovations for underserved markets. He co-founded Tanasuk Technologies Africa and expanded Villgro Kenya. With a BSc in International Business Administration, he mentors at Riara University and contributes to agribusiness improvements in Makueni County.

Janelle Rimberia
Research and Peer Support Intern
Janelle is a student at St Andrew's School, Turi, and a Research and peer support intern at Learning Differently. She joined the programme in June 2023 and supports research, community sensitisation, and peer support initiatives focused on Inclusive education for learners with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND). Her interests include parental involvement, inclusive learning environments, and the use of technology and AI to support SEND learners.

Conrad Akunga
Board Chair
Conrad leads Innova Limited, a top Pan-African software firm in Kenya, specializing in financial and supply chain solutions across web and mobile platforms. With 13+ years' experience, he integrates ERP systems and mobile tech, and founded Mzalendo to promote parliamentary transparency in Kenya and Africa, driving innovation and civic engagement.

Michelle Tjeenk Willink
Vice Chair
Michelle, an experienced manager and partnerships director, specializes in program design, social enterprise development, and female economic inclusion. With expertise in education and reproductive health, she has led initiatives in the Netherlands, Nairobi, and Uganda, currently serving as Head of Partnerships at Afripads, focusing on menstrual health and women's empowerment.

George Kogolla
Treasurer
George is a distinguished leader with 20 years' experience in development, specializing in strategy, partnerships, project management, and organizational development. He's the Country Representative for Kenya and East Africa at IREX, overseeing operations and financial management. His background includes roles at the British Council and co-founding Youth Alive! Kenya.
